I start by listening to understand a client's goals. The only communications solutions a client should pursue, in my view, are those that help them directly achieve those goals.
I bring a wealth of experience to clients. All of my work is customized; nothing is off the shelf.
Clients need to live within budgets. They need solutions that are practical. They need someone who stays with them over time. I work with clients for months and years, not days or weeks.
When clients have a crisis, I provide calm and thoughtful responsiveness in the midst of their storm.
I do the work myself; there is no junior staff. When more skilled hands are needed, I can tap into a wide network of collaborators.
